IGNIV Bangkok Reservation Policy
· Reservations are held for 30 minutes, after which IGNIV Bangkok reserves the right to change your reservation to the next available time slot.
· Credit card pre-authorization is required to secure your reservation.
· In case of no show or cancellation received less than 48 hours prior to the reservation, 50% of the Sharing Experience menu price will be charged.
· There are no cancellation charges incurred for any cancellation made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation.
· To accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions, please allow 24 hours advance notice for our chefs to prepare a personalized menu.
· IGNIV Bangkok offers an Experience sharing menu and an a la carte menu. In order to ensure seamless service, we request guests on the same table to participate in the same menu.
· Our dress code is Smart Casual. Please be reminded that gentlemen should come in long trousers and covered shoes.
· Our last reservation is 1:30 PM for lunch and 9:30 PM for dinner.
· For a group of 5 or more guests, please contact IGNIV Bangkok directly to confirm your reservation.
